Account Manager United Kingdom – Automotive SaaS

Digital Servicebook from Danmark is a digital solution that replaces the old service book in all car brands. At the same time, it has been developed to strengthen the independent garages right to service and maintain the factory warranty for all car brands.

Digital Servicebook is expanding in the UK, and they have asked BaanClaesen to look for a driven Account Manager to accelerate their growth. You will manage both new business and existing accounts, working directly with workshops, dealer groups, automotive partners, and other key players. This is a customer facing role with major impact on our UK market strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full UK sales cycle: prospecting, outreach, discovery, demos, negotiation, and closing
  • Leverage and expand your existing UK automotive network (workshops, dealer groups, importers, data partners, distributors, etc.)
  • Develop and grow existing customers through structured account planning, cross sell, and upsell
  • Build and manage a partner pipeline (DMS partners, data partners, trade groups)
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, activities, and forecasts in CRM
  • Provide market feedback to product, data and marketing teams

What You Bring

  • Residence in the UK (mandatory) and willingness to travel domestically
  • A proven and active network within UK automotive
  • 3–7+ years in B2B sales or account management (preferably SaaS, tech, or data solutions in automotive)
  • Strong closing skills and confidence running the full sales funnel
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Place of Work:
